We start here with a warm up and workout. This often includes squats, weights, and other more traditional exercises, but kickboxing style drills keep it fresh.

- Technique -

We learn everything from the basics of punching and kicking to head movement as we hit the bags, catchers, and workout with partners in non-contact drills.

- Flexibility -

Exercising will do you no good without flexibility and mobility exercises and stretches.  Getting strong is uncomfortable when it comes with tightness in your joints.
